Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
