Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Stir in heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool before serving.
