- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.

- Can substitute honey with maple syrup.
