A delicious potluck dish for Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, soup, green beans, cheese, and sautéed onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken for turkey.
- Use fresh or frozen green beans.
- Add other vegetables if desired.
