Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the pork chops in the crockpot.
  3. Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
  4. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot.
