This pork tenderloin recipe is simple and flavorful, cooked in a crockpot for tender results.

- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Put the pork tenderloin on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the sauce from the crockpot.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with vegetables or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
