- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package tater tots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- You can add more vegetables based on your preference.
