  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices at the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  8. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
  9. Pour batter over the pineapple in the bundt pan.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
