Description
Philly cheesesteak sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add thinly sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Fill each bun with the steak mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife for thinly slicing steak.
- Feel free to add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
