Description

Philly cheesesteak sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add thinly sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
  7. Fill each bun with the steak mixture and top with provolone cheese.
  8. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
