- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add steak, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Assemble egg rolls by placing filling in wrappers and rolling them up.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Can use leftover steak for quicker preparation.
