Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Assemble egg rolls by placing filling in wrappers and rolling them up.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan.
  7. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
