Description

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, wrapped in a crispy egg roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of the steak mixture and cheese on an egg roll wrapper.
  6. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
  7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan.
  8. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  9. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
