Description
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, wrapped in a crispy egg roll.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the steak mixture and cheese on an egg roll wrapper.
- Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the steak is thinly sliced for even cooking.
- You can use different cheeses if preferred.
