Description

Philly cheese steak egg rolls are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich. They combine tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed veggies wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and green bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each egg roll wrapper.
