- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns.
- Pour the beef mixture over the hash browns.
- Top with provolone and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
