Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in chopped pecans and corn syrup.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
