Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cornstarch.
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mix well.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the pie before serving.
