Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and baking soda until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Add a small dollop of hazelnut spread on top of each cookie.
- Swirl the hazelnut spread with a toothpick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
