Description
Delicious peanut butter filled cupcakes topped with chocolate frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, then add eggs and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
- Add a spoonful of peanut butter in the center of each cupcake.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting with chocolate frosting.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.
- Frosting can be adjusted to taste.
