A delicious twist on traditional peach cobbler, these egg rolls are filled with sweet peaches and cinnamon, then fried until crispy.
Ingredients

- 2 cups peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of peach mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
