Easy and quick fudge recipe from Paula Deen.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
- Stir continuously until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 5 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use different types of chocolate for variety.
