Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and onion.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Spread the cracker mixture over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
