Description

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 800g canned tomatoes
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with meat sauce.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and layer with mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
