This overnight creme brulee French toast bake combines the creaminess of creme brulee with the comfort of French toast.

- 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare a baking dish by greasing it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the cubed brioche bread to the mixture and stir to coat.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Ensure the bread is stale for better absorption.
- Can be served with fresh fruit or maple syrup.
