Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed brioche bread to the mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
