  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed brioche bread in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring it is well soaked.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) the next morning.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bread mixture.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set.
