A delicious and creamy Oreo cheesecake that combines the flavors of chocolate and cream cheese.

- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and sour cream.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Top with whipped cream and whole Oreos if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
