A delicious orange croissant breakfast bake that combines flaky croissants with a sweet orange custard.

- 4 croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and salt.
- Place croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants.
- Let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with powdered sugar on top.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
