Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine orange juice, oil, eggs, and orange zest.
  4. Blend the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool.
  9. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and orange juice to create the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
