Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a little ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
