Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the mixed nuts on a baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts and stir to coat.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.
