Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, milk, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container.
- This bread can be frozen for later use.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts.
