Easy no bake desserts for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a pan to form crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add whipped cream, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the filling over the crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
- Can be made a day in advance.
