Easy no bake desserts for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a pan to form crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add whipped cream, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the filling over the crust.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use a springform pan for easy removal.
  • Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
