- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1/4 cup molasses
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Add molasses and crushed gingerbread cookies. Mix until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with extra crushed gingerbread cookies before serving.
