- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with chocolate sauce or chopped peanuts if desired.
