Description
No bake coconut praline cookies are a quick and delicious treat made with coconut and a sweet praline mixture.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups quick oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.
- Add quick oats and mix well.
- Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for variety.
