No bake chocolate oat bars are a quick and easy treat made with oats, chocolate, and nut butter.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat almond butter and honey until smooth.
- Pour the almond butter mixture into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
