A delicious no bake chocolate eclair icebox cake that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
- Add one more layer of graham crackers on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
- Make sure to refrigerate long enough for the layers to set.
- Use any chocolate syrup of your choice.
