No Bake Chocolate Eclair Icebox Cake: 7 Layers of Bliss

Description

A delicious no bake chocolate eclair icebox cake that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  7. Add one more layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
  • Make sure to refrigerate long enough for the layers to set.
