Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups blackberries, pureed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add blackberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the blackberry cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Top with blackberry preserves before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blackberries for the best flavor.
- Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for a firmer texture.
- Garnish with whole blackberries for presentation.
