Description

No bake banana split cake is a quick and easy dessert that combines layers of banana, cream, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Slice bananas and layer them on top.
  7. Add crushed pineapple on top of the bananas.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pineapple.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  10. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Chill overnight for better consistency.
