- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Sauté until golden brown.
- Form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in a grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast burger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with mushrooms on top of the patty and serve.
