Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté shallots until soft.
- Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Place the mushroom mixture on the pastry squares.
- Top each tart with crumbled goat cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
