Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. While the cake is baking, mix coconut milk and chocolate syrup in a bowl.
  4. Once the cake is done, poke holes in it using a fork.
  5. Pour the coconut milk mixture over the cake.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Spread whipped topping evenly over the cake.
  8. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped almonds on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
