Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add bell pepper and green onions, stir for another 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and water, cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
