A savory dish of tender beef and noodles stir-fried with a rich sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1 lb. beef flank steak, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and green onions, stir for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce mixture and water, cook until sauce thickens.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
