Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk

  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt.

  4. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  5. In a bowl, mix beaten eggs with a small amount of the hot rice mixture.
  6. Stir the egg mixture back into the pot.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
