Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rinse the turkey and pat it dry.
- Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper over the turkey.
- Stuff the turkey with garlic, onions, and fresh herbs.
- Place the turkey on a roasting pan with carrots and celery.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for 3 to 4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
