- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in cheddar cheese, sausage, green onions, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips or crackers.
