Description
A rich and chocolaty dessert with a gooey marshmallow topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips with nuts if desired.
