Ingredients

- 1 small turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing with chicken broth. Stuff the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté green beans for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and green beans.

- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
