Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whisk egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vinegar and cornstarch.
- Pipe or spoon meringue onto a lined baking sheet, forming small nests.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let meringues cool inside.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fill each meringue with whipped cream and top with fresh fruit.
