Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
- You can substitute butter with oil for a different texture.
