Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Line a mini muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit.
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour.
