Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Line a mini muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
