Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Mix well.
  5. Spread the spaghetti mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the meat sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
